13. Website Use and Treatment Information
Information on this website is general information about orthodontic treatment. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for being examined by an orthodontist. Nothing on this site creates a doctor-patient relationship.
Submitting a form requests an appointment; it does not book one. Your appointment exists once someone from the practice has spoken with you and confirmed a time.
Figures shown on this site, including $188 per month, $800 down, and 0% in-house financing, are illustrative starting points rather than quotes. Your actual cost depends on your examination, your treatment plan, and approval for the in-house plan. The written agreement you sign at the office controls and prevails over anything stated here.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
